Description We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst for a short term contract employment opportunity in Holland, Ohio. In this role, you will be working alongside our existing help desk team, focusing on assisting customers with their end-of-year inventory support needs. Your tasks will involve responding to support tickets, troubleshooting client issues, and maintaining an excellent level of customer service.Responsibilities: Respond promptly to service desk tickets and support requests from customers Utilize your knowledge of Mac computers, Microsoft products, and Active Directory in resolving client issues Troubleshoot hardware problems on both Apple devices and other computer hardware Engage in the configuration management process to ensure client systems are operating optimally Oversee deployments of hardware and software to ensure smooth operations for clients Employ basic troubleshooting techniques to quickly resolve customer issues Handle hardware troubleshooting tasks as required to maintain system performance Track all support tickets in the ticketing system, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely resolution.
