Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Holland, Ohio, United States. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be a crucial part of our team, providing support to our existing Help Desk team. Your main role will be to respond to support tickets and assist our customers with troubleshooting issues related to year-end inventory support.Responsibilities: Respond promptly and effectively to customer support tickets Provide technical assistance to customers with troubleshooting issues Support the existing Help Desk team with year-end project tasks Utilize your skills in ticketing systems to manage and resolve customer issues Ensure excellent customer service while addressing client's issues Utilize your experience with Mac Computers, Microsoft, and Active Directory in resolving technical issues Apply your knowledge of Apple Devices and Computer Hardware in troubleshooting Use your understanding of Configuration Management and Deployments in resolving customer issues Perform Basic and Hardware Troubleshooting to rectify customer issues Handle Service Desk Tickets and Support Tickets proficiently Manage the Ticketing System effectively to track and resolve customer issues.
