What You'll Do:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance.
Keep the community grounds clean and inviting.
Handle minor repairs in rental homes and facilities.
Maintain common areas, including clubhouses and restrooms.
Inspect playgrounds and pools to ensure safety.
Assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal.
Support our team with various maintenance duties.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Experience in general maintenance and repair.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work outdoors in various conditions.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Basic computer skills.
