With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right!Warehouse SupervisorLocation: Troy, MIShift: Full-Time (5:00pm - 2:00am)Salary: $60,000 - $65,000Direct HireJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Manager to join our team. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective handling, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role involves supervising a team, maintaining warehouse standards, and ensuring safety compliance.Responsibilities:

Create production report and summary. This includes obtaining all necessary information needed to create report

Participate in production meeting to discuss issues that arise with material flow and personnel

Ensure warehouse staff are doing assigned tasks and are being completed in a timely manner while following specific guidelines

Order all supplies needed for day to day operation of the warehouse while trying to stay within a set budget

Control all parts documented with quality issues whether they are internal or external issues

Monitor shipments, audits and packing to ensure highest quality and efficiency possible

Contact O.S. vendors to track parts as needed

Assist in sorting and packaging

Assist in re-sorting quality issue parts

Unload and load trucks as needed

Operate and maintain Hi-Lo

Heavy Lifting Required

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items as required

Capability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for long periods

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in warehouse management software and systems.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication skills.
