This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Warren Technical Center three times per week, at minimum.What You’ll Do:As an Enterprise Innovation Intern in Operations, you will be an integral part of the Operations team, which supports all phases of innovation work, from ideation strategy to commercialization. This team ensures that the entire process is set up for success. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the cross-functional Enterprise Innovation team with tasks such as consumer insights, competitive research, branding and messaging, advertising/media, sales enablement, and communications.

Assisting in identifying and managing top-tier marketing and program management tools, processes, and resources.

Capturing team learnings, analyzing trends, and identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Providing actionable recommendations to enhance entrepreneurial approaches to innovation.

Your contributions will directly support the Enterprise Innovation team in fostering a culture of innovation and driving transformational change across the GM ecosystem. Required Qualifications:   

Pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Management/ Leadership or General Business

Must be graduating between May 2026 - December 2027

Able to work fulltime, 40 hours per week

Start dates for this internship role are May of 2025.Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $4,100-$4,400, dependent upon class status and degree.

GM will provide a one-time lump sum taxable stipend payment to eligible students selected for the 2025 Student Program.
