Associate Service Assurance Manager

C.H. Robinson is seeking an Associate Service Assurance Manager to serve as the key point of contact for warehouse operations and customer success. In this role, you will proactively engage with customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and resolving conflicts with diplomacy. You will drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, analyzing data, and executing solutions to enhance service delivery. Serve as the primary contact for customer needs, ensuring timely order fulfillment and satisfaction

Manage conflicts and navigate challenging conversations with tact and diplomacy

Ensure warehouse KPIs and service commitments are met with high-quality execution

Identify process inefficiencies and drive change management initiatives

Conduct root cause analysis and recommend actionable solutions

Act as a liaison between Warehouse and Commercial teams to align goals and foster collaboration

Advocate for customers by communicating their needs across the organization for resource prioritization

Develop and utilize inventory reporting to support customer fulfillment and inventory management

Analyze data and lead process improvements to enhance warehouse operations and service delivery

Lead action plans to address inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement across the warehouse

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

0 to 2 years of previous C.H. Robinson experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven decisions

Strong strategic orientation, relationship building, negotiation skills (ability to persuade, motivate and influence others), and business acumen

Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory operational environments

Ability to thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results

Strong prioritization skills, multi-tasking skills, and works with a sense of urgency

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must work effectively with all levels of management and employees

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
