By using a test card, employees and partners are able to provide feedback through this program to help shape the future of our product, ensuring that we’re delivering the best consumer retail experience in healthcare.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end program planning and execution through cross-functional engagement to ensure deliverables are met on-time and within quality standards

Develop deep expertise in existing solutions and product architecture to enable more efficient day to day execution of program initiatives

Manage KPI reporting and perform data analysis to identify trends that will deliver step level improvements and ensure program metrics are achieved

Create detailed project execution plans to identify critical tasks and sequence of activities needed to test all new products prior to market launch

Coordinate and collaborate with various functions to ensure end-to-end tasks are completed and ready for testing activities

Drives process optimization through the use of Lean Six Sigma tools. Engage with cross-functional partners to facilitate and guide teams in identifying root cause and high-value opportunities for issue mitigation and prevention.

Proven ability to drive results under pressure and in the face of ambiguity

Work with minimal direction on complex, technical initiatives

3+ experience leading a program or PMP certification

3+ years of experience leading collaboration with cross-functional work teams to optimize operational processes and / or accomplish project activities

3+ years analytical and problem-solving experience with the ability to review data and formulate a story (Excel Tableu and SQL experience preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in MS Project & Visio or other project planning tools

Experience utilizing data to influence key process decisions

Demonstrable and relevant facilitation experience

Proven to be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proven excellent communication skills; written, verbal and formal presentation

Proven ability to self-motivate and work collaboratively with a team

Proven ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, and conferring cross-functionally

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
