Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr Compliance Specialist at our location in Fridley, Minnesota, United States. The primary job function of this role involves quality control, project management, and compliance in a fast-paced environment. The Sr Compliance Specialist will be responsible for supporting all operating units (OU) for Field Corrective Action (FCA) scoping and notification process, coordinating with a diverse group of stakeholders across various teams, and working independently or as a team player with the ability to use sound judgement in ambiguous situations.Responsibilities: Prioritize patient safety and regulatory compliance by swiftly collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure timely implementation of Field Corrective Actions (FCA) Perform reporting and reconciliation activities on impacted product using internal IT tools Ensure FCA documents and records are maintained with accuracy and in compliance with good documentation practices and record retention requirements Identify, lead, and implement continuous improvement projects to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance Ensure alignment with legal and ethical standards of the organization Develop, implement, administer and certify compliance policies, procedures, and practices Provide compliance advice, investigate complaints, and verify deficiencies are corrected Develop employee communication and training Deliver and oversee projects from design to implementation while adhering to policies using specialized knowledge and skills Identify and manage multiple demands from a variety of sources effectively.
