Job Title : Deskside Tech. II - IT SupervisorPay Rate: $26.70/hourDuration : 1 year contract with extension possibility.Location : Spencer, IndianaLanguage Proficiency : English and SpanishWork Schedule: Full Onsite, 5 days a weekJob Purpose:As a Deskside Tech. II - IT Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support for computers and associated networks at the eBar site in Spencer, Indiana.Key Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair personal computers, network equipment (servers), related PC software, telephones, cables, and connectors.
Provide personal computer, hardware, and software support.
Install, service, and repair personal computers and install accompanying software.
Connect personal computers and terminals to existing data networks.
Instruct users in the use of personal computers and networks.
Investigate information, network, and communications needs of users, making recommendations for software and hardware purchases.
Perform basic PC, PBX, and network software programming, meeting project milestones and desktop productivity goals regularly and with minimal intervention.
Monitor the Magic Help Desk Queue, taking ownership of support calls and resolving issues.
Monitor the internal company telephone switch and voice mail system.
Troubleshoot phone extension and voice mail problems on a daily basis.
Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:Build Quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.Qualifications:
AA Degree or equivalent work experience in a related discipline and 1 year of relevant experience.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages.
