Main Responsibilities:
Generating and reviewing financial reports
Bank Reconciliation
Entering sales orders/Invoicing
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Journal Entries
Payroll
Processing payments and deposits
Maintaining personnel files
Ordering of office supplies
Required Skills:
5+ years of bookkeeping experience
Proficient in QuickBooks
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc
Ability to analyze financial reports
Detail and process oriented
Organized and efficient
Ability to multi-task
