Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative for a role located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The position is within the Higher Education industry and provides a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound call campaigns to leads, opportunities, and applications Carry out outbound calling to prospects who have expressed interest in our services Support various call campaign efforts as per the organization's requirements Identify the needs of the prospect to ensure a seamless transfer to the relevant individual or team Answer and engage in phone communication Deliver a friendly and welcoming initial impression for inbound callers and chatters Identify the needs of the caller to ensure an efficient transfer to the relevant individual or team Provide support to prospect, applicant, and learner needs Employ administrative, computer, and phone skills effectively for tasks such as data management and correspondence Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills Prioritize the learner and prospective learners’ best interests at all times Display excellent customer service skills and manage time effectively Thrive in a metrics-oriented environment Balance a variety of workflow tasks throughout the day Undertake other administrative tasks as assigned Requirements Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the higher education industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment Familiarity with the higher education industry is a plus Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Must be customer-oriented and able to deal with difficult situations Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plusTalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
