Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the healthcare industry, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that customer applications are processed effectively. This opportunity offers a long-term contract employment.Responsibilities include: Efficiently and accurately processing applications from customers Ensuring the maintenance of precise customer records Taking appropriate action to monitor customer accounts Managing customer inquiries and resolving their concerns Collaborating with the team to improve the customer service experience Providing healthcare information and guidance to customers as needed Utilizing skills such as Video and R Code to enhance customer service delivery Working effectively with offshore teams when necessary Adhering to healthcare regulations, including HealthCare.gov and TRICARE guidelines Continually improving service delivery through the application of NIS skills. Requirements Proficiency in Customer Service is required; prior experience in a customer service role within the healthcare sector is highly desirable. Familiarity with HealthCare.gov, including navigation, application, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of TRICARE systems and processes would be advantageous. Experience with Video conferencing tools for customer interaction and support. Understanding of R Code is a plus. Ability to work in an offshore environment if required. Familiarity with NIS (National Insurance Scheme) procedures and regulations in the healthcare context.
