Description We are in search of a File Clerk to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is crucial in our organization, providing support to our operations by organizing and maintaining our files and records. You will be involved in processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Organize and manage physical and digital files for easy access and retrieval Use software programs such as Adobe Acrobat, ADP - Financial Services, A-Systems, Epic Software, IBM AS/400, About Time to manage and store files Answer inbound calls and handle correspondence as part of clerical duties Utilize specific skills in maintaining charts and graphs for data representation Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Maintain accurate customer credit records Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Ensure confidentiality and security of all files and records Assist in other administrative tasks as required. Requirements Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Epic Software, IBM AS/400, About Time, and A-Systems. Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required. Ability to perform clerical duties effectively. Capable of answering inbound calls in a professional manner. Familiarity with creating charts and graphs. Experience in handling correspondence professionally and efficiently. Open to learning and utilizing new software and systems as needed. No specific years of experience are required, making this position suitable for individuals at all career stages. High school diploma or GED is required. Ability to organize and manage files efficiently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
