Description We are offering an opportunity for an IFS T/F Systems Analyst to join our team. The IFS T/F Systems Analyst will be instrumental in addressing a range of issues due to the absence of internal IFS knowledge within our organization.Responsibilities: Triage and resolve multiple issues related to the IFS system Develop and implement strategies for improving the IFS system Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the IFS system Conduct regular checks and maintenance to ensure the IFS system is functioning optimally Provide guidance and training to other team members on the IFS system Develop and maintain documentation related to the IFS system Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Enterprise Resource Planning Participate in team meetings and share insights on improving the IFS system Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to the IFS system Handle any other duties related to the IFS system as assigned by the management.Requirements Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Must have a minimum of five years of experience as a Systems Analyst in the Manufacturing industry. Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is necessary. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and understand key issues quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have a strong understanding of IFS T/F systems. Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Familiarity with database management systems and data analysis tools. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively for solutions. Must show initiative, be able to work independently, and have a high level of integrity. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in handling confidential information is preferred. Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry best practices. Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
