Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for menu creation, kitchen management, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute seasonal menus that reflect our culinary vision.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, food prep, scheduling and cooking.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.
Collaborate with management on budgeting and cost control.
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and presentation styles.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Passion for food and creativity in menu development.
