Saturday Dumpling Co. is hiring a Kitchen Manager to join our fast-casual restaurant family at our newest location in South Minneapolis! We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and care about great food and hospitality.
Pay: $50,000 - $55,000 annual salary depending on experience

What You’ll Do (Kitchen Manager):
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure service runs efficiently
- Lead and support BOH team members with clear communication and guidance
- Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Manage prep schedules, station setup, and product rotation (FIFO)
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and vendor coordination
- Uphold strict cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Train staff on recipes, procedures, and kitchen best practices
- Jump in where needed to keep the line moving and service flowing smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communicator in both English and Spanish
- Strong teamwork skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Morning, Evening, and Weekend shift availability
- Reliable transportation
- Previous Kitchen Manager experience is a plus but not required
