Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily packaging operations, ensuring all products meet quality standards.
Implement and monitor quality control systems to maintain product consistency.
Supervise and train packaging staff on best practices and safety protocols.
Perform regular inspections of packaged products to ensure accuracy, labeling, and presentation.
Coordinate with production and quality assurance teams to identify and resolve any quality issues.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food industry regulations.
Maintain accurate records of quality checks and production reports.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within food production or a commercial bakery setting.
Strong knowledge of quality control processes in food manufacturing.
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (HACCP, GMP, etc.).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
