VIENNOISERIE BAKER – ROSE STREET BREAD LAB

Rose Street Bread Lab is a baking facility specializing in crafting breads and viennoiserie, owned and operated by the renowned Patisserie 46 and Rose Street Patisserie in Minneapolis and St. Paul.

We are seeking individuals who have a genuine passion for high-quality cuisine and value the dynamics of teamwork, possessing strong communication skills, a positive demeanor and an unwavering attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to collaborate within a team environment to prepare both wholesale and retail products. Shifts may commence at either 6 am or 8 am.

Additionally, candidates should possess the proficiency and capability to work autonomously and maintain productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with spiral mixers and 60-quart planetary mixers.

Experience with laminating doughs.

Capability lifting 50 lb. bags of flour.

Preferred minimum of two years’ experience in a kitchen setting.

This is a full-time position, with compensation commensurate with experience.
