Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality sushi dishes.
- Assist in the hot kitchen with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef.
- Knowledge of sushi rolling, cutting, and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to assist in the hot kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work Sunday to Thursday evenings.
