I am seeking detail-oriented and dedicated individuals to join our team as entry level production workers for a variety of departments ASAP! Roles involve building the racks and cooling systems for notable data farms. Successful employees will have opportunities for advancement within the company.
Job Description:
- Feed raw materials into machinery, assemble goods, monitor the production process and preparing for packaging.
- Assemble parts and components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawings to help assemble racks and cooling systems
- Perform quality and testing checks, and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow safety and quality guidelines, and keep the worksite clean to avoid hazards.
- Maintain equipment and work areas, and perform routine maintenance tasks like lubricating machines or replacing worn parts.
- Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders and transfer equipment.
- Report on defective products or machinery, and check stock levels.
Shift:
- 1st shift: M-F; 7 am - 3:30 pm (OT can start as early as 5 am)
- 2nd Shift: M-F; 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (3pm-1am with OT)
- with OT, working roughly 50 hours a week
Pay:
- $18-$21.50/hr depending on department and shift
Work Environment:
Very clean environment. Extremely large company with three separate buildings in Anoka. The building is NOT air-conditioned, so this must be considered. Employees work on an assembly line and run some production. The company is SMOKE FREE with no smoking areas outside the building. Breaks are paid, and employees are not allowed to leave the campus during breaks.
