Job Description
Full-Time and Part-Time Available, Starting at $15 an hour
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
We are looking for an energetic, diligent, passionate team player to join our driven production team.
As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for working with the production team to accomplish fulfilling customer orders by labeling, packaging, packing orders, and cleaning/maintaining our production facility, and other warehouse tasks.
This role encompasses a wide range of duties including but not limited to:
Duties/Responsibilities:
Work as an active team member to complete team goals
Manually label and fill bags and use machinery to fill bags, grind coffee, seal bags
Clean equipment and work areas, perform frequent equipment checks
Receive product deliveries using pallet jacks, preparing pallets for shipment
Move inventory and materials across facilities
Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
Training for all tasks will be provided
Position Requirements:
Attention to detail
Proficient at problem solving, time management, and able to work in a close team environment with the ability to work independently as necessary
Ability to perform and excel in a fast-paced environment
Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, and walk for long periods of time
Physically able to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis
Coffee experience is not required
Benefits:
$15 an hour with the potential increase after 90 day training period and evaluation.
