Dongo Tool, Inc. is hiring for a precision grinding and a machinist position.
This is a direct hire.
We are located near Highway 65 in Spring Lake Park. We are a custom manufacturer specializing in small orders, typically 1 or 2 parts. There is a large variety in what we do from parts that are less than an inch to rolls that are up to twenty feet long. Always something interesting coming thru the door.
The ideal candidate should know how to read blueprints and be familiar with inspection tooling. Looking for 2+ years of experience in machining or precision grinding holding tolerances of .001 or less. The ability to do your own setups is vital to the position. Hand grinding or deburring experience is not what we are looking for.
We have opening in both our machining area as well as in our grinding area.
Required Qualifications:
Ability to set up and use various inspection equipment; caliper, gage blocks, micrometer, radius gage, bore gage etc.
Valid driver's license
Pass UA screen
Able to work with minimal supervision
Creative thinker to be able to solve challenging tooling, setup, and fixturing problems
Very keen ability to pay attention to detail
