We are a small job shop machine shop looking for full time help.
We specialize in precision machining and are dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our clients across various industries. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a CNC Machine Operator or CNC Machinist.
Key Responsibilities:
-Operate and set up our CNC Lathes and CNC Mills under the guidance of experienced machinists.
-Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of our CNC machines.
-Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
-Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
-Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
-Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
-Maintain a high level of dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
-Perform any additional tasks and job functions as directed by Shop Manager.
Qualifications:
-High degree of mechanical aptitude (are you good with your hands, mechanics, building things)
-Basic computer skills
-Effective problem solving skills
-Motivated – positive mental attitude and can accept constructive criticism
-Good attitude and the ability to communicate and work with others
-Adaptability – Ability to adapt to change in the workplace
-Dependable - The ability to report to work every day

Pay: $18-$22 per hour DOE and Qualifications (Operator) Experienced Machinist Pay Range discussed during Interview
Expected hours: 40 per week Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm (Flexible with start and end times)
