Part time Office and Client Services Specialist
Summary:
Dynamic financial services firm seeks self-starter to keep busy office organized. This integral position will provide exceptional customer service to clients, manage day-to-day office operations, and process financial business accurately and efficiently. Position requires strong attention to detail. Small financial office experience desirable. Flexible part time position with strong preference for Monday-Thursday, 9am-3pm (work from home on Mondays).

Qualifications
Must be passionately committed to helping others by providing outstanding service and collaborating with a team that works cohesively toward firm goals. Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and operate successfully under deadlines with excellent attention to detail. Software experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required. Familiarity with CRM, DocuSign, QuickBooks, and other financial software is helpful. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; experience in the financial services industry is desirable but not required. Must be highly adaptable and team oriented while maintaining the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
Track and set up investment transfers
Work with financial products and vendors on the internet
Generate reports, such as position statements, for advisor’s meetings with clients
Service client accounts
Process phone calls from clients, when appropriate
Handle customer service and client needs
Serve as right-hand person to others in the office
Coordinate workflows for the office
Possess a high-level understanding of roles and responsibilities of each office position
Anticipate office needs and handle them proactively
Follow up on action steps from prospect and client meetings.
Maintain solid working relationships with clients; service clients as needed
