The ideal candidate has professional sales and marketing experience, possesses natural enthusiasm for sales, is organized, is committed to serving people and has a desire to grow and develop their sales and marketing skills. Candidates must be willing to work a 35-40 hour work week that includes weekends.

Responsibilities include:
- Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available apartments
- Assist in the leasing process from application to lease signing
- Ensure all lease agreements are completed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements
- Maintain knowledge of current market conditions and trends
- Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize OneSite software for property management tasks
- Adhere to Fair Housing regulations
