Looking for carpenters and general construction helpers. Duties include: demo, clean up, installation of finish products, finish trim work, doors. We specialize in apartment renovations and we start with demo and turn the room back over after finish. Looking for multiple skill levels. We work Monday thru Friday. Pay period is every 2 weeks. This is a sub position as a 1099 basis. Must carry liability and work comp insurance. Work hours are typically 7-5 give or take depending on the job site. Pay is based on skill level. Willing to pay 25+ hr depending on skill set. Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite.
All current help is individual subcontractors and we work together that is why it is hourly not by the bid.
