Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finish & Repair Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for skilled professionals who can handle a variety of repair and installation tasks for both interior and exterior projects. The role includes making detailed repairs, installing single windows and doors, and working with trim and soft metals.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Perform skilled repairs on a variety of interior and exterior surfaces.
Install single windows and doors with precision and efficiency.
Work with and install trim, soft metals, and other finish materials.
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve repair issues independently.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in finish carpentry, repairs, and installations.
Strong skills in trim and soft metals installation.
Ability to handle tools and materials effectively for both interior and exterior projects.
Proficiency in working with hand and power tools.
Physical stamina and attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
We Require:
Building/carpentry and repair experience.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in all temperature extremes.
Reliable transportation.
Necessary tools, including:
Nail guns (framing nailer and finish nailer).
Air compressor & hoses.
Impact driver & drill.
Hand tools (hammer, tape measure, square, level, etc.).
Ladder tall enough for exterior access.
Automobile and General Liability insurance meeting minimum coverage requirements.
Compensation:
Pay ranges from $25 to $40 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
