Description Robert Half is looking for a full-time, detail-oriented Mailroom Clerk on a contract-to-hire basis with a reputable organization in Minnetonka, MN. The successful candidate will be capable of working quickly and efficiently and possess a keen eye for detail.Responsibilities:
Assist with mailroom operations daily, performing tasks such as organizing incoming and outgoing mail, sorting parcels, and packaging and dispatching items.
Extract surveys and scan them into our data management software, ensuring precise and accurate digitalization of documents.
Filter and review data for accuracy. Identify any gaps, errors or discrepancies in the data and make necessary corrections.
Work within multiple systems, effectively switching and multitasking as required to maintain productivity.
Maintain a high level of concentration and attention to detail in handling data to minimize errors and maximize efficiency.

Prior experience in a similar role or data handling role is appreciated.
Familiarity with data entry software and systems.
Strong ability to multitask and navigate between different systems effortlessly.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Must be comfortable working with large volumes of data.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
