The function of the administrative assistant is to assist manager with various duties and tasks. Deals with a diverse group of people at all levels of the company. This position will have some involvement in non-routine correspondence that may include the handling of confidential & sensitive information. Applicant must be dependable, self-motivated, accountable, and able to perform duties unsupervised. Must be flexible, computer literate and have good communication skills. MUST have valid MT drivers license & be insurable.
Below are some of the duties that can be expected:
Regular office duties such as typing, filing, record keeping & fielding phone calls
Assisting with scheduling
Monitor time cards
Coordinate meetings
Work with HR for new hire paper work & orientation
Other tasks as assigned
