Pierce is looking for a team-oriented individual to fill our Sales Assistant position The goal of this position will be to assist with product ordering, invoicing and customer relations, Executive Assistant experience a plus as well as experience in accounting.
Responsibilities:
Exporting quotes to order
Order and track samples
Deliver samples to customers
Follow up on material status
Assist in scheduling appointments
Assisting guests when sales person in unavailable
Answering phones
Edit and create Invoices
Getting spec sheets on material
Coordinate installer for specs and details on job site
Help resolve issues that arise from incorrect orders or incorrect vendor shipments
Call to ensure jobs are ready for installation several days in advance
Invoicing and assist in collecting and applying payments
Other duties as required
Qualifications:
Detail oriented
Must be precise and accurate
Some accounting experience useful
Great Communication skills
Highly motivated, proactive work style and excellent organizational skills
Great customer service
Punctual
