Job Summary: This position works closely alongside clients to produce a spectrum of projects including business cards, announcements, business forms, or books. This position is also integral to keeping the sales department running efficiently and effectively.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Familiarity with web commerce
At least one year of office experience or other customer experience
COMPETENCIES or KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to multi-task
Essential DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES and EXPECTATIONS include:
Online orders entering and finding replacements and communicating with customer
Keep records of all online orders
Work closely with customer to find products that meets their expectations
Answering phones, taking orders, emailing invoices
Assisting customers in store, on phone and online
Creating new account letters
Billing interoffice charges
Kiosk customer support, with customers as well as troubleshooting machine
Assist the marketing director where needed
Monitor, maintain, and supply the printshop inventory
