Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and talented Line Cook to join our elevated dining team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.

Follow recipes and presentation specifications.

Cook food in a timely manner.

Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards.

Maintain a clean and orderly workstation.

Keep up with current trends in the culinary industry.

Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment.

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and managers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a line cook or related culinary experience.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a good eye for presentation.

Ability to work under pressure and stay organized.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in a fine dining kitchen a huge plus but not required. We will train the right people.
