Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in administrative tasks, including preparing documents and scheduling appointments
- Manage office calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate events
- Utilize computer skills to create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Assist in proofreading documents for accuracy
- Support office management in various tasks as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficiency in using office software and phone systems
- Proficient with Quick Book Enterprise Edition
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to work well under limited supervision
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute
- Familiarity with event planning is a plus
Not required, but a plus:
● Basic Firearms safety knowledge
● Familiarity with UPS, Fedex, USPS Shipping method
