Position Description: Provide administrative support to the Chief Safety Officer (CSO) and other construction management staff (on-site and off-site as needed).

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional way.

Filing - Electronic Documentation organization, verification, uploading, and maintenance.

Tracking of employee certifications/notifications.

Development and maintenance of technical lists such as phone/email lists, and project related forms.

Developing and maintaining meeting and activity schedules for project personnel.

Preparation of document, manuals, and information packages.

Shipping items when required via Fed Ex

Health & Safety Project Inventory

Scan and copy documents.

Maintaining and ordering of division and office supplies.

Monitoring project site cameras.

Track, monitor and update project que and on-going project boards.

Documentation cross checking, updating, and uploading in company software.

Supplier diversity research, vetting and document updating.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must have a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

High school diploma.

Familiarity with the construction industry is desired, but not required.

Experience in computer applications, online document management, and technical phone communication skills.

Proficiency and experience in working with Microsoft business software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience with PROCORE software a plus.

Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to accurately proofread documents.

Ability to obtain OSHA 30 certification within 30 days of employment (online).

Ability to obtain PROCORE Superintendent certification within 30 days of employment (online).

Work Location:

2436 Precision Dr., Suite B., Minden, Nv. (February 1st office will be re-locating to 2240 Meridian Blvd., Minden, Nv. Office hours will be from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm. Monday - Wednesday.

Compensation: 21 hours per week (may evolve into more hours)/$25 per hour. No other benefits offered at this time.
