This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded TA professional who enjoys the balance of people leadership, strategic workforce planning, stakeholder partnership, and hands-on recruitment delivery.As the Team Lead - Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment excellence for our Retail customer. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategic thinking with operational delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Business Partners, building capability, collaboration, and a culture of excellence.Shape and execute talent strategies aligned to business priorities, workforce plans, and growth objectives.Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic recruitment solutions and exceptional candidate experiences.Drive innovative sourcing, talent attraction, employer brand, and pipeline strategies to secure critical talent.Leverage market insights, data, and analytics to optimise recruitment outcomes and influence decision-making.Champion continuous improvement across processes, systems, technology, and service delivery.Whether your experience has been gained in a RPO or an internal Talent Acquisition function, we’d love to hear from you.
