Description Robert Half has several Customer Success Representative openings with a very well-known firm in the Bridgewater NJ area. This hybrid role will act as the main point of contact and direct support to all customers. Day to day you will interact with consumers answering questions about products and services, order status, returns, and all related inquires. Additional responsibilities will include order entry and updating customer information in CRM.
