Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteriaLearning Management System (LMS) Administrator - Training & Development SpecialistJOB SUMMARYThis position will work within the scope of North America Quality Training and Documentation Team to administer GxP training and learning solutions via Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD). This role serves as a Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) administrator to create and maintain GxP training web-based training courses, material objects, tests/quizzes), instructor-led courses, groups, curricula, and completion records in the CSOD. In addition, the position will generate reports - audit & inspection reports, oversight reports, monitoring reports, etc. Advanced features in MS Excel will be required to create reports and stakeholder notifications. This position will complete the daily tasks of receiving and completing LMS administrative tasks received from training stakeholders and North America Quality Training This position will work Team members on other training workflows e.g. assisting with the management of a shared mailbox, project tracker, etc.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms training administration tasks in Cornerstone on Demand Learning Management System: Creates and maintains accurate curricula and target audience in CSOD Generates reports from CSOD and provide compliance reports as requested during audits & inspection, monitoring activities and management oversight using advance features in Excel Performance stakeholder notifications using advance features in Excel Assign training to learners Modify & create user groups Remove training from learners Create and maintain training items i(material objects, web-based training courses, quizzes/tests. Instructor-led courses) Mark instructor led participants complete Maintenance of training content source files Completes attendance tracking in iLearn Learning Management SystemMaintains quality standards and a state of audit-readiness Monitors training requests completions and escalates any issues Maintains training content and all course source information files in state of audit readinessKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE Expertise working in Learning Management Systems (preferably Cornerstone on Demand) Working knowledge of MS Powerpoint

Experience using advanced features (pivot tables, v-lookups) in MS Excel for creating customized reports
