The Senior Coordinator, Digital Communications role may be the perfect job for you!HBSE’s Email and SMS digital communications are core communication tools the Team uses to engage our fans and attendees with exclusive content and drive ticket sales. We support the Philadelphia 76ers, New Jersey Devils, and Prudential Center along with other HBSE Family properties. As the Senior Coordinator, you will execute Email and SMS campaigns, manage database lists and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Content teams to execute key initiatives in support of our ticket sales, engagement, and lead acquisition goals. Join our Digital Marketing Team and you’ll be helping to raise the bar for email and SMS marketing in the sports and entertainment industry.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate email and SMS digital communications across all HBSE brands with a primary focus on the Philadelphia 76ers, New Jersey Devils, and Prudential Center Entertainment Events.
Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, Creative, Content and Analytics teams to identify digital communication needs and develop creative, compelling campaigns to meet shared goals.
Manage the end-to-end campaign process – audience planning and building, creative execution, testing, analysis and reporting.
Plan and execute email and SMS communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Attentive SMS Marketing Platform and related tools.
Champion the use of brand style guidelines and digital best practices in delivering best-in-class digital communications.
Identify, build and maintain audience segments and implement marketing journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder, GrowthLoop and more.
Help foster a testing culture in which you regularly build tests within our digital communications campaigns to drive new insights on the habits and behaviors of our fans.
Qualifications (educational, experience, & basic knowledge requirements):
3+ years of relevant Email marketing experience required
1+ years of relevant SMS marketing experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar corporate-level email service provider (ESP)
Experience with mobile-responsive design
Passion for staying up-to-date with Email and SMS marketing trends and best practices
Foundational CRM and data management experience
Excellent communications skills; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Travel Requirements: May be required to travel on occasion (<25% travel)
Work Environment: This position generally requires that work be performed from the Camden, NJ office.
Recognize the sports and entertainment industry requires flexibility in working extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
