CLIENT OVERVIEW:
Our client is a large and rapidly growing organization in the retail and logistics space looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This company is looking for an experienced professional who can work on a team just as effectively as they can work independently. Experience of at least 2 - 3 years is a plus.
SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
$24/hr - $26/hr
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Applicants for the Accounts Receivable Specialist role must have strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Past high-volume A/R experience is a must with a strong emphasis on chargebacks and working through discrepancies. Customer service and client-facing experience is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST:
Matching, batching, coding, and entering invoices.
A/R vendor and client communication/management.
Researching and resolving accounts receivable with customers and vendors.
Updating and reconciling the sub-ledger to the general ledger.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
2 - 3 years of experience.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's degree and/or equivalent experience is required.
