Small manufacturing/construction firm looking for a full-time bookkeeper & payroll specialist.
Responsibilities include:
Sage 100 software knowledge a requirement
Must know pay applications for payment processing
Monthly taxes, cash flow, and other financial dealings of company
Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely processing of payroll weekly
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (particularly Excel)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
