Provide A full range of administrative and clerical support for the entire project team.
Create and manage all invoicing and AIA's on a monthly basis, as well as quotes and work orders
Work within customer portals to review jobs and provide invoicing
Contract administration: Review all received for projects. Create documents in POS to support contracts.
Process RFI's purchase orders, and change orders
Work with insurance agent to provide COI per customer requirements
Supports project managers with all aspects of jobs. Manage all correspondence and documentation related to projects.
Prepare and execute bid packages.
Prepare closeout submittals and documentation for contractors
Answering phones and assisting in all areas of administrative support when necessary.
