Join our dynamic team as an Associate Brand Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Unilever Nutrition’s two super premium brands: Maille and Sir Kensington’s. These brands represent huge growth potential in the US Dressings agenda, and we are seeking a driven, curious individual to help us unlock it. As the Associate Brand Manager, you will help develop growth roadmaps, brand strategy, and Marketing initiatives that span Full Funnel and Innovation. The KPIs this role will need to deliver on are growing household Penetration, growing Market Share, and increasing the Brand Power scores.This role will report into the Brand Manager of Sir Kensington’s and Maille and will suit an ambitious marketer with an owner’s mindset and unique perspective who will bring creativity and exploration. We are looking for individuals who can craft strategy, own marketing budgets, plan and execute fully integrated brand campaigns, and help lead inter-agency and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, can manage multiple priorities, has a strong analytical mindset, and is obsessed with food. Who You Are & What You’ll DoYou are first and foremost entrepreneurial in nature and have a deep curiosity about our consumers. This job should feel equal parts consumer behavior enthusiast and project manager. You are curious, tenacious, creative yet results-driven. In this role you will be supporting all marketing activities across both brands:

Managing share performance & deployment of marketing budgets for the Sir Kensington’s and Maille businesses in the US

Crafting and executing consumer-centric communications and activation plans with cross-functional and agency partners across paid, owned, & earned

Analyzing performance data and industry trends to uncover powerful insights and growth opportunities for the brands, driving insights into action

Supporting brand innovation and renovation initiatives with cross functional partners

Working with customer development to deliver strong promotional calendar; measuring and optimizing plan performance throughout the year to improve results

What You’ll Need To Succeed

BA or MBA

2-3+ years’ experience in Brand Marketing or similar required

Experience leading consumer marketing programs; strong knowledge of the digital and social landscape

Excellent data and analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action to deliver growth

Demonstrated a bility to interface and effectively work with a variety of agency & external partners to deliver integrated campaigns

Entrepreneurial mind set and strong bias for action with proven results leading and motivating internal cross functional teams and external partners

Strong prioritization and creative problem solving skills

Competitive drive and hustle with a passion for food and food culture

A balance of art & science – think differently yet with a pragmatic business mindset

An eye for aesthetic, design & keen attention to detail

Experience with Circana (POS) and Numerator (panel data)
