Genesis10 is currently seeking an Analytics Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position.Responsibilities :Partner with Technology Executives and Business Support Mangers (BSMs) to lead discussionsCoordinate the financial forecasts, analyze / manage of actuals along with related staffing inputs, using internal Headcount & Forecasting toolsManage the process and tracking of staffing, HR and other people related activitiesSupport Invoice reconciliations and SOW maintenanceDelivery of regular management reporting, in conjunction with senior technology leads.Support enterprise business continuity and compliance routines within the teamOrganize the management agenda; coordinates materials and communications for All Hands, SLT meetings, business reviews and off-sitesRequirements :4+ years in Finance / Workforce Management / Business Management roleAnalytical and have the ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience coordinating monthly and quarterly forecasting process and reporting in partnership with Finance and Business ManagersEffective communication and presentative skillsProven quantitative capabilitiesStrong financial acumenAdvanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPointPay Range : $49.86 - $57.86Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please applyFor contract roles, Genesis10 offers the benefits listed below.
