This is what #LifeAtBNY is all about.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways :Administers and manages key sales and CRM toolsOversees various administrative tasks required to ensure the organization reaches sales goalsTrains and assists Sales and RM teams on sales processes and systemsCreates monthly, quarterly and yearly content for executive presentations and board reportingDrives actionable insights to optimize sales process :Owns the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the businessDefines and delivers techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales managementRefines customer segmentation, assists with segmentation and territory managementTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following :SkillsProven track record in sales planning and sales operationsFinancial services and / or wealth management experienceExpert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRMExceptional Excel skillsOutstanding data and analytics skillsQualificationsBachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.7-10 years of total work experience preferred.Tech-savvy : love all things tech, enjoy learning new tools, passionate about perfecting and innovating sales techPassionate about sales operations : obsessed with understanding behavioural and market trends, excited about using data to optimize sales outcomesDetail-orientedCurious : hungry and able to learn quickly and a lotAble to work under pressure, juggle multiple priorities, comfortable with tight deadlinesGreat communicator : can articulate complex concepts, comfortable with presenting ideas and results through executive memos and PowerPointsPassionate about collaboration : can and enjoys building meaningful relationships in a matrix environment s across different teams and disciplinesAt BNY, our inclusive culture speaks for itself. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $81,000 and $179,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
