A Established Electronics Company is seeking Office Assistant for a FUll time position
Some Responsibilities and Duties:
Individual MUST have experience in Quickbooks.
Individual must possess good communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to multitask, work under pressure, and easily adapt to changes in work environment.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Office Skills, Quick Books, excellent filling skills.
Must be able to deal with customer's needs and concerns.
Must be organized and have an excellent follow through.

Accounts Billing
Assist Service manager with scheduling/tracking techs throughout the day
Parts ordering.
Will be on the books.
Hourly rate TBD. 12-16hr
