Our Fire Protection company is Looking for a Customer Service Representative!

Join our growing team in Toms River, NJ!

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the fire protection services they need.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service

Schedule customer appointments for fire inspections

Communicate effectively with customers to inform them of upcoming inspections

Utilize various computer programs to manage customer data and scheduling

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Gmail) and Windows Operating System

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English and Spanish) is necessary you must speak Spanish.

Ability to learn new computer programs quickly

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team1
