This position is a multifaceted role within healthcare delivery supply chain management, emphasizing responsibilities that balance technical support, process optimization, customer interaction, data integrity, and system integration. Key areas of team accountability include:
Team Collaboration: Engage in continuous knowledge sharing, cross-training, and workload management. Actively participate in training or networking and seek support when work demands exceed standard hours.
Customer Support and Reporting: Prioritize prompt customer responses, maintaining communication on project progress. Develop reports and initiate insights for efficiency and cost savings.
User Education and Documentation: Provide informal training, contribute to curriculum development, and document processes to support operational efficiency.
Job-specific areas of concentration and accountability include:
Supplier Management: Maintain complete and accurate supplier records, and add new supplier records upon request, ensuring compliance to all policies and procedures.
Supplier Connectivity: Manage EDI and other supplier configurations by setting up and maintaining supplier IDs and accounts in Oracle CMK and B2B systems; troubleshoot and resolve issues related to failed order transactions.
Recall Processing: Systematically process recall notices, notify affected departments, and archive responses.
Required:
Bachelors' degree in supply chain, business systems or information technology; or business experience with emphasis in supply chain, is highly preferred
Course work in RDMS/Reporting recommended.
