Description We are inviting applications for the role of an IT Manager within the service industry, based in Mountainside, New Jersey, 07092, United States. The selected candidate will be tasked with leading and coordinating all IT functions, including infrastructure management, application support, and user assistance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to apply your technical expertise and leadership skills.Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction for all IT functions, including infrastructure management, applications support, and user assistance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications, systems, and networks. Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as system patching and scripting, to ensure the smooth running of IT operations. Manage the setup process for new hires, including creating logins, setting passwords, establishing email accounts, and configuring hardware. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment. Train staff on basic IT practices to empower them for self-sufficiency. Collaborate with different departments to ensure IT initiatives align with business goals. Provide exceptional customer service to all internal users, both domestically and internationally. Leverage skills such as Cisco Technologies, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 Enterprise, and Intune to efficiently perform responsibilities. Requirements Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is essential Practical knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required Familiarity with Active Directory is necessary Skilled in Backup Technologies Expertise in Computer Hardware is needed Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID is a key requirement Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Enterprise is essential Proficiency in Intune is necessary Experience in the Service industry is a significant advantage Proven leadership skills and ability to manage IT teams Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field is required Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
