Cooperative Counseling Services is seeking a FULL-TIME dynamic LCSW who is looking to apply and hone their clinical and managerial skills to oversee a team of clinicians in their day-to-day work within our Outpatient Program and to carry their own caseload providing therapy. T he Team Lead ensures that the needs of our clients ( children, adolescents, adults and their families), our referral sources, and pertinent third parties are given paramount priority, top-notch customer service and effective clinical interventions. Manages Clinicians and Interns, on their team, to provide outstanding Outpatient services.
Facilitates bi-weekly treatment team meetings with Outpatient Director and their team.
Facilitates regular individual meetings with all assigned team members to ensure open communication.
Provides clinical supervision and guidance to clinicians and interns (when appropriately certified) or has active communication with the clinical supervisor to understand clinical efficacy of the clinician.
If clinically supervising, acts as supervisor and signatory for team’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) charts.
Utilizes EMR system to produce reports required to manage the operational components of their team.
Manages performance targets to meet or exceed team’s goals.
Reviews and advises for case closures and changes in level of care for their team.
Manages various personnel actions, including, but not limited to, hiring, performance evaluations, promotions, transfers, PTO schedules and disciplinary action for their team in concert with organizational policies.
Liaises and networks with community agencies and system partners, as requested or needed.
Develops, examines, evaluates, and reports on Quality Assurance data to ensure high quality, effective and efficient team execution.
Develops and implements in-service trainings for their team, as appropriate.
Manages interns including actively providing weekly clinical and/or task supervision, reviewing and signing off on all required chart documents, and providing performance feedback to the Interns and Field Instructors on their team.
Provides direct clinical services to clients, including billing, meeting, or exceeding individual performance targets, and internal and external collaboration.
Works with Outpatient Director to review, update, and implement all Policies and Procedures on an annual basis (or sooner if necessary) and ensures team’s training and adherence to all applicable state regulations and company standards.
Acts in relief of Outpatient Director for certain programmatic operations and meetings as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required: Possession of a current verifiable N.J.LCSW. Minimum of two (2) years’ post-licensure working with full lifespan of children, adolescents and adults with behavioral health and psychiatric issues.
Preferred: New Jersey state-approved Clinical Supervision Certificate. Minimum of two (2) years’ clinical supervisory experience. Supervision in Field Instruction (SIFI) Certificate or to be obtained while employed with CCS.
Demonstrated leadership skills working with individuals and groups; excellent communication skills; and the ability to work well with people are essential (e.g., initiating individual and group discussion, listening, clarifying, and facilitating interactions, and sharing of ideas). Upholds valid New Jersey professional license and ensures it remains in good-standing.
Proficient use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs. Working knowledge of basic computer functions i.e., typing, email, etc.
