Healthcare Business System Analyst Client – Direct ClientDuration – 24 months Visa- any Rate -depending on experience
Note- Bachelors degree is must for the role.
10+ years of experience as a Senior Business System Analyst is required
At least 3 years of experience in the health insurance industry is required
Can manage projects of medium to large size and complexity with minimal guidance from the Business Analyst Level 3 and above and relationship managers
SME Knowledge of more than one payor domains such as Membership Claims Benefits Pricing Vendor Delegation etc. ( the current demand is for Commercial side of business)
Must be well versed and able to drive typical BSA deliverables like BRD RTM User Stories etc
Must be well conversant with SDLC processes and methodologies
Self-starter with strong communication presentation relationship building and strategic analytical skills
Strong time management goal setting and task prioritization abilities
Minimum requirement of Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or a related field
